The CSU Chancellor's Office hosts multiple PeopleSoft installations, each focusing on a different area:
- Campus Solutions (CS)
- Common Financial Systems (CFS)
- Human Resources (HR)
- MyFresnoState Portal
Fresno State augments the Chancellor’s Office-provided infrastructure and also maintains the MyFresnoState portal. Use this service to: request new or changes to existing reports & processes; to request help with 3rd party vendor integration; to request help with analysis, consulting and customer service; or to report issues with any of these systems.
Gaining access to particular PeopleSoft pages is handled as a separate request, which can be submitted via the Security access for PeopleSoft, EAB, and OnBase service.
