Access and Software you keep
My.FresnoState.edu - Fresno State account holders will always be able to access my.fresnostate.edu and the associated data which includes but is not limited to:
- Unofficial Transcripts
- Ordering official transcripts
- 1098t tax forms
- Academic records
FresnoState OnTheHub Purchases - Licenses purchased from OntheHub will continue to be active through the duration of the purchased plan. Renewal or purchases from the web store will not be accessible after separation from the University.
Access and Software that expires
Fresno State Email - Your Google email account and all Google drive products will expire 1 year after separation from the University. You will receive several emails with advance notice which will usually take place after graduation

Fresno State Box - Your Fresno State box account with unlimited storage will expire after graduation
Microsoft Office 365 - Microsoft Office 365 licenses will be removed from the account after graduation.
