Fresno State provides IT repair services for qualifying organizations. The workstation/device/server must be University-owned. Repair services include hard drives, video cards, motherboards, monitors, etc. This service can also be utilized to request the upgrade of existing internal computing components.

Fresno State offers a number of licensed software titles for campus use. Technology Services can assist with the installation (client or server), as well as the support of, identified software titles. These titles include:

  • Office 365
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • SPSS

Fresno State faculty and staff can request this service.

How do I request this service?

How much does the service cost?

There is no cost for generating a repair quote. Cost for the repair is dependent upon the nature of the request. Cost are to be paid for by the requesting organization unit. There is no cost for software services as long as the University has a license subscription. Software requiring a license will be paid for by the requesting user or department.
