Submit requests for new Zoom Phone service.
In order to have a Zoom Phone number assigned to an employee, they are first required to establish a Zoom account by logging into the Campus Zoom Portal by navigating to the following link:

Fresno State employees who have the Zoom Phone service activated will receive a new phone number. Please make sure you have approval from your department to activate the Zoom Phone line as there is a monthly fee for every line activated.
Existing employees moving departments DO NOT need to request a new Zoom Phone line. Employees moving to a different department will retain their phone number. Phone numbers are assigned in the same way as campus email addresses, they don't change when an employee moves departments.
Having a desk phone is OPTIONAL, they are not required and therefore it is the responsibility of each department to purchase a desk phone for employees. If you are approved for a desk phone by your department, please consult with your College/Division IT Liaison beforehand to get model information and serial number which are needed before assigning the phone to you Zoom Phone number.

Fresno State faculty and staff who are directly responsible for the person being hired or the Department Administrative Assistant
How do I request this service?
The first step is to have the new employee establish a Zoom account; this can be done by logging in to fresnostate.zoom.us.
After the Zoom account is established click Request Service
How much does the service cost?
There is a monthly fee for each phone line, therefore, departments will be billed per line assigned..
