How to Log into Duo using a Mobile Phone
1. Using a secondary device (not the Mobile Phone that you are trying to enroll into Duo) please go to our Duo management page using the following link idm.fresnostate.edu/2step/.
2. Next please click the blue button that says "Enroll or Manage 2-step Verification" then login using your Username and password.
3. Next complete the Duo verification process. Please note you may have to verify yourself more then once.
4. After successfully verify yourself you will see "My Settings & Devices" followed by all of your devices that you have registered with Duo. Next we will click on the options that says "Add another devices"
5. After clicking on "Add another devices" we will be asked what type of device we are adding. Please select Mobile Phone.
6. After selecting Mobile Phone you will be asked to enter in your mobile phone number. Please enter in your mobile phone number then click the check box confirming it is the correct number. Then select continue
7. After entering in your mobile phone number you will be asked if you are using and IOS (Apple) , Android or Windows Phone device.
8. The following steps are the same for both IOS, Android, and Windows phone, search for "Duo Mobile" in either the App Store for IOS or the Play Store for Android and Windows phones.
9. Once you have installed the application on your Mobile Phone, return to your secondary device and click "I have DUO Mobile installed".
10. You will then be presented with a QR code.
11. Open the Duo app from your Mobile Phone and click add account.
12. Use the camera on your Mobile Phone and point it at the QR code.
13. After successfully scanning the QR code you will be able to click on the continue button on your secondary device. After clicking the continue button you have now successfully enrolled your Mobile Phone into Duo and you can now close your browser.
