Using a Windows 10 device this article will show you how to connect to Eduroam
Resolution:
1. Go to the bottom right hand corner of the screen, and on the taskbar find the networking icon, it may be either a Wi-Fi symbol or show a small PC screen icon, once you locate the icon left click on it.
2. Once you left click on the wireless icon you will then left click on the option saying Eduroam and finally left click again on the option saying connect.
3. Once you click connect you will then be prompted for a username and password. For the username you will use your full email account address, Username@mail.fresnostate.edu. The password that you will user is the same password you use to log into my.fresnostate.edu or mail.fresnostate.edu. Once enter your username and password you will then click ok then select connect.
4. After clicking connect you should see the message "Connected, secured".
