Resolution:

 iPhone / iPad (iOS)


1.) Open the App Store.
2.) 
Tap your profile icon in the top‑right corner.
3.) Scroll down to see pending updates.
4.) If Duo Mobile appears in the list, tap Update.


NOTE: If you see Open instead of Update, your app is already up to date.

Optional:

To enable automatic updates, go to Settings > App Store > App Updates and turn it on.


Android Devices

1.) Open the Google Play Store.
2.) Tap your profile icon in the top‑right corner.
3.) Select Manage apps & device.
4.) Under Updates available, find Duo Mobile and tap Update.

NOTE: If no update is listed, the app is already up to date.

Optional:

Enable automatic updates by opening the Duo Mobile app page, tapping the three dots, and selecting Enable auto‑update.

 


How to Check Your Duo Mobile Version

1.) Open the Duo Mobile app.
T2.) ap Settings (gear icon).
3.) View the app version listed at the bottom of the screen.


 Troubleshooting Tips

  • Restart your device and try updating again.
  • Make sure your device’s operating system is up to date.
  • Confirm you are connected to the internet (Wi‑Fi or mobile data).
  • If issues persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling Duo Mobile.
