Article Summary:

Is your wireless adaptor showing "NO INTERNET CONNECTION" even though you are connected to the Eduroam wifi? Follow this article to show you how you can fix that issue.

Resolution:
1. On your laptop or desktop keyboard click on the Windows key. If your keyboard doesn't have that key you can hover your mouse over to the taskbar and click on the Start button.
2. Once that window pops up, type in CMD and click run as administrator. (Note it is important to click run as administrator or you may run into some issues)
3. A pop up may come up that says Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Click yes.
3. At the command prompt type without quotes, "ipconfig /flushdns" and click enter.
4. The command prompt will show Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
5. Next, type without quotes, "ipconfig /renew" and click enter.

You should now be able to load your websites using the Internet and Eduroam connection.
