Have a gaming system, live on campus, this article will show you how to setup your system on the WIFI network.
Resolution:
Students have the ability to add gaming systems to the Dorms at the following site:
https://cp.fresnostate.edu
- Click on Clearpass Guest
- Log in with your Fresno State credentials
- Click Create Device
- Input the MAC Address from gaming device
- Connect the device to Bulldogs wifi network, open a browser and use the same login credentials to connect
- This process should connect the MAC address of your device to use over Bulldogs
Below is an example using a Playstation
Connecting a Playstation
You can connect to the internet with the Playstation console using Wifi (for a wireless connection) by going to Settings > Network > Set-Up Internet Connection and selecting Use Wi-Fi. Choose Bulldogs for Fresno State's network.
Open Internet Browser which should be in the Applications, go to any web site and you should be prompted to log into Bulldogs with your fresnostate username/password credentials.
If all works well, you should now be able to use Bulldogs for your gaming needs.
