Resolution: 
Login to AWS Work Docs here and login with your Fresno State email address (@mail.fresnostate.edu)

Enter your username (your email without the @mail.fresnostate.edu) and AWS Work Docs password
Note: This password does not sync with your Fresno State password and may be different

Enter your MFA code from your hardware token or DUO app for Android or IOS. For More information about MFA codes or to enroll, visit fresnostate.edu/2step

Click Sign-in and you will now be logged into Amazon Work Docs

 

AWS Work Docs Password Self Reset

To reset your AWS work docs password, follow the above instructions and choose "Forget Password?"

Enter your Fresno State Username and Captcha Characters and choose "Recover Password"

You will receive an email from Amazon Work Docs with a "Reset Password" link

If this is the first time requesting a password reset from AWS work docs, the email may be filtered to your Spam box

If the email is in your spam box, you must open the email from spam and choose "not spam" as shown below to move it to your inbox

Once the email is in your inbox, select "Reset Password"

Choose a new password, confirm the same password again, then select "Reset Password"

You will see a password reset successful message below, return to the top of this page to login
