After meeting with Vendor. We are able to continue and upgrade to version 2.0. Will require a scheduled changeover but no interruption will be noticed by the campus community. With this too we hope to fix some errors in the backups. Jay has an open service ticket for this now. Next steps after changeover is to use a select data point to verify change.
