Element 451 will serve as the main communication platform for Enrollment Management. This includes Outreach and Special Programs, Admissions and Recruitment, Registrar, and Financial Aid and Scholarships. The contract with our current CRM expires in August, 2024. Without the CRM, we will not have a platform to communicate with prospective students about their admission to the university. This will impact fall 2024 and spring 2025 applicants.

Description

Implementation of new Enrollment Management CRM. Needing TS support for data integration with PeopleSoft. The goal is to implement the first phase by August 2024 as contract expires with our current CRM.
