The PrintShop is a self-funded department, their budget comes from the revenue for projects completed for the campus. Right now the PrintShop has to call and email multiple vendors to get quotes on promotional product orders. This new website would allow the campus to check prices and place orders on their own removing a large amount of the workload from the Print Shop. Right now the Print Shop is struggling with all of the manual touchpoints for promotional product orders which is effecting the Print Shop's revenue

Description

Need a new website created for the PrintShop for promotional products. Need the website setup as to access it, campus staff would need to log in (SSO). The website would have website links to 3rd party vendors that sell promotional products to the campus. This project would allow customers to obtain their own quotes and place their own orders, helping to make things more efficient for the campus customers and the Print Shop. Customers would be able to get pricing in a matter of minutes rather than waiting for pricing from the PrintShop which can take days.
