Changed Status from In Progress to Completed / Closed. Changed Health from Red to None. Met with Mike G and Liz G and team on 12/15/22 - a mutual agreement was reached that remaining items on this project are operational, therefore, project will be closed and open items will be added to a phase 2. The team will meet in early January to review pending tasks.
The current telephone contract will expire soon and a decision needed to be made given that the infrastructure is old and is expensive to maintain. A group was put together to analyze and review the options available. After a period of analysis and investigation, a vendor was selected.
