Create new OnBase - OCR templates to process pdf transcripts for 10 feeder schools: West Hills College (Lemoore, Coalinga), Modesto Junior College, Merced College, State Center/ SCCCD (Fresno City, Reedley, Clovis Community, Madera Community Col), College of the Sequoias, Allan Hancock College, Hartnell Community, Porterville College, San Joaquin Delta, & San Diego Community.
