Resolution:

  1. Log into my.fresnostate.edu.
  2. Select "Student Self Service".
  3. Select "My academic records and registration".
  4. Once you have selected the "My academic records and registration tab", it will drop down different options. 
  5. Select "Degree Progress Report (DPR)".
  6. It will prompt you to a new page, select "Run Declared Programs" located towards the bottom left of your screen.
