Using waiting rooms in Zoom meetings

Resolution:
- Once you're signed into zoom, click on the "meetings" tab
- In the meetings tab, click on "schedule a meeting"
- In the meeting's settings window, scroll down until you see "advanced options"
- In advanced options, you can enable the waiting room feature by clicking the check mark next to "Enable waiting room"
- This will put incoming participants inside of a room before joining your main zoom meeting room
- Once you have started the meeting and have joined it, you will see a button titled "manage participants" in the meeting options bar
- Clicking this button will show you the people waiting in the room and will allow you to admit them into the main zoom meeting by clicking "admit" next to the participant's name
- Note: In that same window that you admitted participants in, you will also be able to see participants that are in the main zoom room. Next to their name there will be a "more" button which will open a drop-down menu. By clicking "remove" you can remove them from the meeting entirely or to put them back into the waiting room you can click the option "put in waiting room"
