Enrolment into the Fresno State Grammarly account

Resolution: 
If you are new to Grammarly and want to enroll in Fresno State’s Grammarly account, please use the following steps.

  1. First, click on the following link: Fresno State AI Tools Self-Service Portal. You will then be taken to the page that will say “Welcome to Fresno State AI Tools Self-Service Portal.
     
  2. Once on the Self-Service Portal, please scroll down and click the red Login button. Then sign in with your user name and password.
  3. After logging in successfully, you will be taken to the AI Applications and Services webpage.  Once on this webpage, you will see a box that says “Grammarly Edu”. If you look to the right, you will see a red box that says "Activate”. Please click on that box.
     
  4. After clicking the Activate box, you will then see the Review the Account options. This will provide you with the Fresno State EDU license and also information on how to merge or separate an existing Grammarly account. Please review this information. If you agree to the Fresno State EDU License, please click the box saying “I have read and understand the information provided above,” then click Continue.
     
  5. If the steps were completed correctly, you will see the message “Activation Complete.” Please note that it can take up to 3 hours for the license to be assigned to your account.
     
  6. Next, please click the “Go back to AI Applications and Services” red box.  You will then be taken back to the AI Applications and Services website.
     
  7. You will now have more information provided to you under the Grammarly EDU box. In this new information, you will see two imported links. One will say “here” in blue; this link will log you into the Fresno State Grammarly account through our SSO (Single Sign On). The Second link will say “Getting Started with Grammarly Edu.” This link will take you to the Technology Services webpage that will give you an overview and additional information related to Grammarly Edu.
