Resolution:
1. Open Google Chrome
2. In your web address, type in the following: chromewebstore.google.com.
3. In the search bar of the chrome web store page, type in Zoom Chrome Extension. It will be the first result and will have the Zoom Icon.
4. Select the Add to Chrome button (it will be in blue). A small pop up will appear asking you to confirm, click the blue button that says Add Extension to confirm.
5. You will need to look for the Extensions Icon on the Chrome toolbar, it resembles a small “puzzle piece”. After locating the Extensions Icon, click it and you should see a listing of extensions installed in your browser. Find the blue and white Zoom icon and click the “thumbtack” icon to “pin” the Zoom Chrome Extension to the Chrome toolbar. Pinning the icon to the toolbar provides easy access for the rest of this guide, once the extension is set up feel free to “”un-pin” the extension.

6. Click the Zoom icon in the toolbar, a small pop up will appear, click "Sign in to Zoom".
7. If you are not signed into your Fresno State Zoom Account, a web page will appear and you will need to log in. Please log in using the SSO option. Find the Key icon that is labeled SSO and select it.
8. The company domain (if asked) is fresnostate.
9. You will be redirected to the Fresno State log in page, enter your Fresno State username and Fresno State password.
10. After successfully installing and logging into the Zoom Chrome Extension you can now easily create Zoom meetings through Google Calendar. Continue to follow the steps to do so.
11. Open Google Calendar.
12. Create a New Calendar Event, you should now see blue button that says "Make it a Zoom Meeting" .
13. Once you select the button, it will automatically create a Zoom meeting and Calendar Event.
