Resolution:
On your Android device, open up the Play Store. Once the App Store is open, type in "Global Protect" in the search bar. Then select "Global Protect".
Select Global Protect and click on the Install button.
After the application is finished installing, please click the open button for Global Protect.
When the app opens up, you may be prompted by a message like, "Global Protect would like to send you notifications" you will click the Allow button.
You will be asked for an address. The address to input is vpn.csufresno.edu. Click connect.
Input your Username and Password. In most cases, this will be the same username and password that you use for your mail.fresnostate.edu account and your my.fresnostate.edu account.
Click Sign in after inputting your username and password
If all the steps have been completed correctly, you should see the connected screen.
You should now be connected to Global Protect VPN.
