Transact is an on-campus payment solution that allows money to be loaded onto a student’s Bulldog card. It also manages access to certain electronic locks.
Web Support Request (Omni training, access, sites, problems, content update, Google Search/Analytics/Data Studio)
Digital document creation, testing, remediation; Web testing & remediation; Video captioning; audio transcription; accessible Zoom meetings and classrooms.
Request that ones GSuite (email, calendar, drive, etc) account and contents be deleted.
Submit a service request regarding OnBase forms and document archival/scan/import/creation services. (Report production issues, set up new forms or workflows, modify existing forms or workflows, problems logging in, workflow process administrator access)
Canvas is the LMS tool that Fresno State offers for all instructors to use for their classes.
Office 365 account issues, licenses, phone number changes
The Degree Progress Report (DPR) shows a student's progress in a chosen degree program, using courses taken at Fresno State and at transfer institutions.
Report wifi dead zone, Enhance wireless, report connectivity issues
Security access to PeopleSoft pages and reports, EAB (Advising Software), and OnBase scanned documents.
Bulldog Connect (EAB Navigate) is a cloud-based student success platform that enables faculty and staff to coordinate, schedule, and document student support services.
