Zoom: Fresno State Staff, Faculty and Students can submit requests related to the Zoom Video Conferencing service. Users can request the following: Receive help with a Zoom issue, Schedule a Zoom training session, report a Zoom bombing, or anything else related to the use of Zoom.
Before Requesting a Zoom Phone, Please establish a Zoom account: Log into fresnostate.zoom.us using SSO
Zoom Phone: Fresno State Staff and Faculty can submit requests related to the Zoom Phone service.
New employees will receive a new phone number. Existing employees moving departments will take their phone number with them in most cases.
Please include the following information on the ticket, User name, Department, Name of Manager Approving Phone Request, Building / Room, Faculty or Staff

How much does the service cost?
There is a monthly fee associated with Zoom Phone. Zoom Conferencing is free.
