Wondering how to submit a Support Ticket? This knowledge base article provides steps on how to submit a TDX support ticket!


Resolution: 

1. Submit a TeamDynamix Ticket

  1. Navigate to https://fresnostate.teamdynamix.com
  2. Click on the RED "Submit Ticket For Support" tile.
  3. Click on the correct menu item category that corresponds to your issue.
  4. Once clicked, a new page will prompt with available services under that category.
  5. Click on link to open the service needed. 
  6. Fill in the service tickets drop-down boxes and/or description boxes. Provide all relevant information for this request and any justifications if needed.
  7. Submit your request. You will receive an automated email with your ticket number for reference
