Resolution:
1. Submit a TeamDynamix Ticket
- Navigate to https://fresnostate.teamdynamix.com
- Click on the RED "Submit Ticket For Support" tile.
- Click on the correct menu item category that corresponds to your issue.
- Once clicked, a new page will prompt with available services under that category.
- Click on link to open the service needed.
- Fill in the service tickets drop-down boxes and/or description boxes. Provide all relevant information for this request and any justifications if needed.
- Submit your request. You will receive an automated email with your ticket number for reference
