OnBase Staff Performance Evaluation Form

Manager and Appropriate Administrator User Guide

1.       You can login to OnBase Web Client with the following options:

       Click on the link provided in the email you received. 

       Go to the OnBase Web Client by going to the following link:

https://imaging.fresnostate.edu/AppNetCas

2.       If you are not automatically logged in, then enter your Fresno State username and password and click [Login].

 

4.       Locate Staff Performance Evaluation, click the arrow and then click on Manager Review.

 

5.       Select the staff evaluation you would like to review and edit as necessary.

6.       Click Save at the bottom of the form once finished making edits.

7.       Perform one of the ad hoc tasks listed:

       Email me a PDF Copy – This ad hoc task emails a copy of the Staff Evaluation in PDF Form to the current logged in user.

       Send Back to Employee – This ad hoc task sends the selected form to the Staff Review queue for staff to review any new changes.

       Send to Next Level MPP – This ad hoc task marks the form as complete by the Manager and moves the form to the next level approver which will be in the Administrator Review queue.

       Send to VP – This ad hoc task will mark the form as complete by the Manager and move the form to the VP, bypassing the next level approver. 

       Cancel Form – If you would like to continue the process through paper instead of electronically, then you may cancel the form. NOTE: Please make sure to click Email me a PDF Copy button before you cancel the form. 

8.       Once you are done, please close the workflow window and Log out.

                 

Administrator Steps to Review Staff Evaluations

1.       You can login to OnBase Web Client with the following options:

a.       Click on the link provided in the email you received.

b.       Go to the OnBase Web Client by going to the following link:

https://imaging.fresnostate.edu/AppNetCas

2.       If you are not automatically logged in, then enter your Fresno State username and password and click [Login].

 

4.       Locate Staff Performance Evaluation, click the arrow and then click on Administrator Review or Administrator – Needs Improvement.

5.       Select the staff evaluation you would like to review and comment as necessary.

6.       Click the Save at the bottom of the form once finished editing.

7.       Complete the ad hoc task Send to HR, Send All to HR, Cancel Form.

       Send to HR will send only the selected form to HR

       Send All to HR will send all evaluations in the queue to HR.

       Cancel Form will cancel the form if you would like to go to the paper process. However, you will need to click Email me a PDF Copy before clicking cancel form.

Administrator Review Queue:

8.       Once you are done, please close the window and Log out.
